Novice Youth (ages 6 -16 non-competitive)

Novice youth boxing training (In door/Out door) is where youth will learn the basic foundation of boxing. The training will consists of a 60 minute, 4 days a week, nonstop training session (warm up, designated workout for the day and cool down) with a certified USA Boxing Silver Coach while learning the sweet science. The program is designed to improve mental toughness, critical thinking skills, cardio vascular endurance, and self discipline. This program will not only improve the youth’s self-confidence but also develop his/her character, mind, body, and soul.

Junior Fighter (ages 8 -16, competitive)

Junior Fighter boxing training (In door/Out door) is where youth will learn the basic foundation of boxing and develop their potential to compete. The training (In door/Out door) will consists of a 60 minute, 5 days a week, nonstop training session (warm up, designated workout for the day and cool down) with Coach FONT while learning and improving on the sweet science. The program is designed to improve mental toughness, critical thinking skills, cardio vascular endurance, and self discipline. This program will not only improve the youth self-confidence but also develop his/her character, mind, body and soul. As time draw near to the Junior Fighter competition, time will be carved out to better technically prepare him/her to ensure adequate preparation for competitor success at sanctioned USA boxing matches/events.

Novice Adult (ages 17 and above non-competitive)

Novice adult boxing training (In door/Out door) is where adults will learn the basic foundation of boxing. The training will consists of a 60 minute, 5 days a week, nonstop training session (warm up, designated workout for the day and cool down) with Coach FONT while learning the sweet science. The program is designed to improve mental toughness, critical thinking skills, cardio vascular endurance and self discipline. This program will not only improve adult’s self-confidence but also develop his/her character, mind, body and soul.

Amateur Fighter (ages 17 and above competitive; to include Masters)

Amateur Fighter boxing training (In door/Out door) is where adults will learn the basic foundation of boxing and develop their potential to compete. The training (In door/Out door) will consists of a 60 minute, 5 days a week, nonstop training session (warm up, designated workout for the day and cool down) with Coach FONT while learning basic and advanced techniques while improving on the sweet science. The program is designed to improve mental toughness, critical thinking skills, cardio vascular endurance and self discipline. This program will not only improve the adult’s self-confidence but also develop his/her character, mind, body and soul. As time draw near to the Amateur Fighter competition, time will be carved out to better technically prepare him/her to ensure adequate preparation for competitor success at sanctioned USA boxing matches/events.
